If your listing contract has an expiry date, you can now enter this on the main tab of the property record. In the Grid, properties can be sorted, grouped and filtered by Expiry Date. Custom grid filters can find properties that are due to expire today, this week, this month etc. Automatic Matching on Number of Bedrooms In an Enquiry, the customer's preferred number of bedrooms can now be be recorded and used to match listings. As with other buyer preferences, this option can be ignored if it is not not relevant. Bedroom matching options in the enquiry record Four New Custom Fields Two number fields (Custom Number 1, Custom Number 2) and two date fields (Custom Date 1, Custom Date 2) have been added to the Custom Tab. Load multiple images in a single operation 'New' on the images tab now allows you to load multiple images at the same time. To select more than one image, hold down the Ctrl key (at the bottom of your keyboard) and click on each image with the mouse. Previewing PDFs The 'Email PDF' and 'Save as PDF' windows now have a preview button. Selecting 'Preview' generates the PDF and opens it in Acrobat Reader. Other Improvements: * In the Print window, the Print-to-file option now uses the Jade 5 pdf generator. * On the Images tab, the first image you load is now marked as the default until you re-assign it. * In Jade 5, when switching from a record to the grid, the current record was not always highlighted. * Changing the file extension for web pages (e.g. to *.asp, *.php) did not include the web search pages.
