Edit: To use Blue Eye Vista in English (instructions tested/written by me): Unfortunately, it seems that you have to go through the installation process in Arabic - or at least, I cannot find a way to switch it. To install: Click the partition you want to format, then click the leftmost button (OK). Remember that in Arabic, people read a different way, so Apply, OK, Cancel buttons will be on the opposite sides. You will see a list and things being checked off. Be patient and wait for that to finish. Your computer will Reboot after that part is done. It will take quite a while for it to load into Vista, because it is installing things, tweaking.etc. Now Vista loads up! Now, we must change the language to fix everything. To change the language, Click the Computer icon on the desktop.Then click the SECOND BLUE TEXT under the large green text next to the clock + globe icon in the Window that comes up. Change the first dropdown window from the Arabic text to the plainly readable "English". Click the rightmost button, then the rightmost button again in the window that pops up. The computer will log out. Now click the Administrator icon to login. Everything is now in English! Enjoy! Download: Downloading Instructions: Download all the parts. Then download the joiner file.
